Smooth sailing

I purchased a car at the weekend. I had seen it advertised a week earlier and from my first contact with Dean to register my interest, to collecting the car a week later, the whole process was smooth sailing. Dean was efficient and sent me regular updates through the week which gave me confidence that he actually cared about my business, and that I was buying from a trustworthy business. Always dread buying a car as I hate the hard sale approach. However Scott and his team at Somerset Motor Company were fantastic.

Right from the beginning they made us feel at ease. Invited us to look at the car we were enquiring about and then took us for a test drive. Talked us through our options and in my opinion offered us an excellent deal.

From then agreeing to purchase to the sale going through, they kept us updated on all the finance information and what we needed to complete.
